How You Can Still Get Reimbursed by Your Insurance:

Following each visit, we provide you with an itemized, standardized medical Superbill complete with diagnostic (ICD-10) and procedure (CPT) codes. You can submit this superbill directly to your PPO insurance plan or via Reimbursify to receive direct out-of-network reimbursement.
